1. About Jaipur RO Care

Jaipur RO Care is a local RO water purifier sales and service provider based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We offer services including RO repair, servicing, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), filter replacement, and installation for residential and small commercial customers.

2. Service Booking and Confirmation

  • Service requests can be made through phone call, WhatsApp, or our website.

  • A service booking is considered confirmed only after acknowledgment by Jaipur RO Care.

  • Appointment timings are indicative and may vary depending on location, traffic, or workload.

  • Same-day service is subject to technician availability.

3. Inspection and Diagnosis

  • All services begin with an inspection of the RO water purifier.

  • The technician will explain the issue, required service, and estimated cost before proceeding.

  • Any additional work beyond the initial discussion will be carried out only after customer approval.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Service charges depend on the type of service, RO model, condition of the system, and parts required.

  • Prices shared are exclusive of spare parts unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made after service completion unless agreed in advance.

  • Jaipur RO Care reserves the right to revise service charges without prior notice.

5. Spare Parts and Filter Replacement

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts based on customer preference and availability.

  • Replaced parts may be shown to the customer on request.

  • Warranty on spare parts, if any, is subject to manufacturer terms.

  • Old or replaced parts will not be reused unless specifically requested by the customer.

6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms

  • AMC validity is typically one year from the start date.

  • AMC coverage depends on the selected plan and agreed terms.

  • AMC does not cover damage due to misuse, electrical faults outside the RO system, or external water pressure issues.

  • Filter and membrane replacement under AMC depends on the chosen plan.

  • AMC services are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper access to the RO unit during service visits.

  • Inform the technician about previous issues or repairs, if any.

  • Maintain proper electrical supply and water inlet conditions.

  • Jaipur RO Care is not responsible for damage caused by poor water pressure, power fluctuations, or pre-existing system faults.

8. Service Limitations

  • Jaipur RO Care does not guarantee water quality beyond the technical limits of the RO system.

  • Final water output depends on source water quality, system capacity, and maintenance condition.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments by informing us in advance.

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a visit charge if a technician has already been dispatched.

10. Website Content and Usage

  • All website content, including text and images, belongs to Jaipur RO Care unless stated otherwise.

  • Unauthorized copying or misuse of website content is not permitted.

  • Information on the website is for general guidance and may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jaipur RO Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the service amount charged for the specific job.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
